Welcome to ZACH'S SNACKS KC, we are a Carnival Style American Catering & Pop-up Shop. We do different foods depending on the events but foods like: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Tacos, Philly Cheesesteaks, Mac & Cheese, Chips, Fries, Cotton Candy, Ice Cream, & more. We also do catering for Weddings, Birthday Parties, Corporate events & more. We would love to host your next event and will bring your needs and wants to the table especially on your special day.

The Problem

Everyone loves a hot meal or snack but not everyone has access to foods like other people do. Getting food into peoples hands can be a obstacle at times and that's why it's very important to make sure that to food here is affordable and easy to access.\n ZACH'S SNACKS KC, slogan \"SATISFYING TO ANY APPETITE\" is very important to people's happiness with the great service that they will receive.

The Solution

So in doing this we are wanting to move into a "FOOD TRUCK" that will be easier for not just our Pop-Up Shops but for the Catering too. Having the easy access to get from here to there in a quicker amount of time in a safe manner.

Target Market

Our customers come in ALL ages. Everyone loves to eat! Catered events, first Fridays, pop up shops, birthday parties, weddings, as well as contracts for breakfast and lunch with a variety of companies.

Societal Impact

Food is something we all need on the day-to-day basis. Mainly because we need food for nourishment. When you eat our food it makes you happy because it’s made with love. Food provides health

Next Steps

Moving forward with the Food Truck we will be able to expand our range when it comes to the need of our customers. We will be joining Food Truck groups throughout the state like (ROAMING HUNGER which is a food truck group where you can find where different trucks in your area would be) this would really help ZACH’S SNACKS in moving to it’s next level.

Reflection

I was able to telling you about me and what I'm looking forward to doing next but it was hard to kind of go into depth on how I'm going to use everything in the truck.
