Story
My employer is India Wells-Carter. The service she provides is a fun and exciting experience for people of all ages to come and take selfies! The experience she provides for her customers truly does bring happiness into their lives!
The Problem
The problem we're trying to solve is how might we acquire, retain, and encourage referrals from our customers.
The Solution
Some of our solutions are to have a series of pop up shops strategically placed in popular areas to raise awareness of our business. We also have suggested a bi-monthly change of sets so that we can better retain customers. Lastly, sell merchandise to promoting visibility and brand recognition.
Target Market
The main people affected by this problem are her customers and the business itself.
Societal Impact
Knowing that the service provided brings people happiness, these solutions will bring more life into people.
Next Steps
The next steps we would need is ACTION. Putting more action behind our solutions.
Reflection
The skills we have built are teamwork, organization, and time management.
